Governance actors
TIRIS is steered by the Executive Committee, and global deployment is ensured by the Operational Committee.
The TIRIS project is based on three levels of governance, ensuring rigorous, collaborative management of the initiatives supported:
- Program Committees (PC): Four thematic committees (Research, Training, Innovation, Science & Society), which analyze and structure the proposed actions.
- Operational Committee (COMOP): Evaluates projects validated by the PCs and formulates an opinion before they are passed on to the decision-making level.
- Executive Committee (COMEX): Final decision-making body, bringing together representatives of the 19 TIRIS partner academic establishments, as well as the vice-president of the Occitanie Region.
Each action supported by TIRIS follows a rigorous process: it must be examined by at least one Program Committee, obtain a favorable opinion from the COMOP, before being submitted to the COMEX for validation.
