In addition to the thematic calls for projects (Research, Innovation, Education, Science and Society), TIRIS is deploying a number of cross-disciplinary measures designed to meet long-term structural needs: supporting strategic internal dynamics, promoting interdisciplinarity from the training stage onwards, and attracting new scientific talent to the site.

These measures, which are directly supported by the project’s governance, are designed to act as cross-functional levers for transformation, serving all the partner establishments.
